Refund policy

At Homemade Haven, we strive to comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or not as described, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement. For change of mind returns, we can offer a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, providing the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Please note, the cost of return shipping for change of mind is the customers responsibility.
