DIY Alcohol Fragrance Spray

A light, long-lasting fragrance spray made with perfumer’s alcohol

Yield 30 mL  ·  Difficulty Beginner  ·  Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

• 24 mL Perfumer’s Alcohol
• 3 mL Ember Essential Oil Blend
• 3 mL Distilled Water

Method

1. Add your Essential Oil blend to the empty spray bottle.
2. Pour in the Perfumer’s Alcohol.
3. Cap and swirl gently to combine; do not shake.
4. Add the Distilled Water last and swirl again.
5. Rest for 48 hours in a cool, dark place before first use to allow the fragrance to fully marry with the alcohol base.
6. Label with product name, date made and flammability warning.

Equipment

• 30 mL amber glass spray bottle
• Funnel if required

How to use

Spray onto pulse points; wrists, neck, décolletage and behind the ears. Hold the bottle 15–20 cm from the skin. Allow to dry naturally; do not rub.

Storage

Store in a cool, dark place away from heat and open flames. Use within 12 months.

Safety

Store in a cool, dark place away from open flames; alcohol is flammable. Ember uses Bergamot FCF; safe for skin application. Keep out of reach of children.
