A protective beeswax barrier balm for nappy rash-prone skin from birth

Ingredients
25 g Organic Beeswax Pellets
30 mL Fractionated Coconut Oil (MCT)
5 mL Vegetable Glycerin
3 mL Vitamin E Oil
Method
Sanitise all equipment.
Melt the Organic Beeswax Pellets in a double boiler over low heat.
Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the Fractionated Coconut Oil.
Allow to cool slightly, then add the Vegetable Glycerin and Vitamin E Oil. Stir well.
Pour into a clean tin or amber glass jar immediately before it begins to set.
Allow to cool fully at room temperature; approximately 30–60 minutes.
Label with product name and date made.

How to use
Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin at each nappy change. Suitable from birth. Fragrance-free; no Essential Oils required or recommended for this recipe.
Storage
Store cool and dry. Use within 12 months. No preservative required; water-free formula.
Safety
For external use only. Fragrance-free by design; do not add Essential Oils to this recipe. Contains fractionated coconut oil; fractionation removes almost all coconut protein. Patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before first use, especially with any known coconut allergy or family history of allergy. Keep out of reach of children. If rash worsens or persists, consult your GP.
