DIY Foot Balm
Foot skin is the thickest skin on the body and needs more than a body lotion can deliver. This balm is thick, occlusive, and designed to be used intensively — applied before bed with cotton socks over the top for the most effective treatment. The beeswax creates a barrier that locks in the conditioning oils overnight while the skin does its repair work.
HERO INGREDIENT — Refined Shea Butter
Shea Butter contains a uniquely high proportion of unsaponifiable fatty acids — compounds that don't convert to soap and remain intact to deeply condition even very thick, callused skin. On the feet it works differently than on softer body skin: it needs time and occlusion to penetrate the surface, which is why this balm works best when covered with socks overnight rather than applied and left exposed to air.

Vitamin E Oil — antioxidant that extends shelf life and provides repair benefit to damaged or cracked skin
Essential Oil — optional — Tea Tree adds antimicrobial benefit useful for feet; Peppermint adds a cooling quality; avoid on broken skin
