HERO INGREDIENT — Fractionated Coconut Oil (MCT) Fractionated Coconut Oil has had its long-chain fatty acids removed, leaving only the medium-chain triglycerides — which means it stays liquid at room temperature and never goes rancid. This is critical for a food-contact surface conditioner: oils that can turn rancid will eventually make your board smell off. MCT penetrates timber grain easily and is completely food-safe once absorbed.
